Ham and cheese stuffed biscuits

So a friend of mine shared this recipe on facebook... Not to sure where she got it from but it looks kinda good... And easy to make... I may end up trying this at some point.

Ingredients
1/2 lb sliced ham (like the deli stuff)
2 cups shredded cheese
2 tubes refrigerator biscuits

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Flatten each biscuit until it's slightly larger than the bottom of a coffee mug.

Place approximately 1 tablespoon of shredded cheese in the middle of the dough circle and top with about one slice of ham folded up.

Wrap the sides of the dough around the filling and pinch them together to create a ball, enclosing the filling inside.

Place the biscuit, seam side down on a greased tinfoil-lined baking sheet. Repeat with rest of biscuits placing the biscuits together on the baking sheet, with sides touching slightly. Sprinkle lightly with cheese.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or browned. Do not over bake.

Don't like ham... Feel free to change the fillings to fit your tastes (like pepperoni, turkey, veggies*, sausage... whatever you like)

*Sauté the veggies first, as these won’t be in the oven long enough to cook raw fillings (unless you want really crunchy raw veggies :3 )

So these look easy enough so I may end up giving them a try some time later this week maybe.
