So the new Doctor is...

So just found out the twelfth Doctor is... Peter Capaldi... Kinda shocked considering all those there were considering for the part but then again not too shocked considering he he was in the show in the past plus was on Torchwood



Say hello to your new Doctor...














Lucius Caecilius Iucundus... That's right the guy who bought the TARDIS on volcano day now has the TARDIS again but this time he didn't have to pay for it.

Now the funny thing is this isn't the first character from this episode to get a major upgrade on the show... Just a few years back Karen Gillan (Amy Pond) was also in this episode!

Now I had a feeling that they were going to choose someone who had been involved with the show in the past but I didn't know they were going for a second person from this same episode.

So for those of you who wish to acquaint yourselves with the new Doctor... Take a bit of time to check out "The Fires of Pompeii" and then take a look at him again in Torchwood in " Children of Earth" Days One through Five.
